If you order on a weekday before 5 PM, your order will be shipped the same day.

We ship your order for free within the Netherlands for orders over €80. For orders under €80, a small shipping fee applies.

Yes, as soon as your package is on its way, you will automatically receive a Track & Trace code by email. This allows you to see exactly where your package is and when it will be delivered.

Yes, pickup at our store is free. At checkout, choose "Pickup in store". Once your order is ready, you will receive an email - usually within 1 business day.

Have you just placed an order and want to change something? Email us as soon as possible at info@hockeybrouwerij.nl. If your order has not yet been shipped, we can often still make changes or cancel the order. Once shipped, the normal return process applies.

You can pay securely with iDEAL, credit card (Visa/Mastercard), PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Bancontact. Post-payment is available via Klarna.

Returns & Warranty

Not completely satisfied or is something not working as it should? We're here to help.

You have 14 days after receiving your order to return it, without stating a reason. The product must be unused and returned to us in its original condition and packaging.

Send an email to info@hockeybrouwerij.nl and we will send you a return label. Attach the label to your package, drop it off at a PostNL point, and we'll take care of the rest.

The return costs are €5.95. This amount will be deducted from the refund of your order once your package has been returned to us in good condition.

Why return costs? We operate as sustainably as possible and offer our products at competitive prices. By charging return costs, we can maintain these competitive prices and prevent unnecessary transport movements.

Once we have received your return in good condition, we will refund the amount to your account within 5 working days. You will receive the full order amount minus the €5.95 return costs.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for the following products:

• Sealed products whose seal has been broken (mouthguards, grips)
• Custom-made or personalized items
• Products with printing, names, initials, or club logos
• Damaged or used products, or products without original packaging or labels

Are you unsure about the correct size? Email, WhatsApp, or call us before you order. Our hockey specialists will be happy to advise you. This way, you avoid a return and save on return costs.

All products come with a 3-month warranty from the date of purchase. The warranty applies to products that have become defective under normal conditions.

Exception: Wooden hockey sticks are not eligible for warranty due to the nature of wood as a product.

Send an email to judith@hockeybrouwerij.nl with a short description of the problem and preferably a photo. We will assess your complaint and work together to find a solution.

Wooden hockey sticks are not covered by warranty. Wood is a natural product that can inherently break with intensive use – this applies to all wooden sticks, regardless of where you buy them.

No problem - you can still submit your complaint to us via judith@hockeybrouwerij.nl. Sometimes we can find a solution together. If we know about it, we can fix it.
